Often likened to the Costa Rica of the '60s, Panama is a charmingly rustic paradise that beckons with its raw, natural, unspoiled beauty. It's a sensory delight that promises to leave you in awe!
Get ready for an exclusive invitation to join us at the barefoot luxury beachfront retreat! Calvin and I recently experienced the adventure of a lifetime there, and we were absolutely blown away by the top-notch accommodations, mouthwatering food, and the incredible atmosphere of the secluded bronze-sand beach. Picture this - walking for miles without encountering another soul, crossing rivers, and strolling through ocean beds at low tide. The stunning marsh birds and the breathtaking mountain horizon stole our hearts and made for spectacular photographs. And let's not forget the 5-star vegan cuisine prepared by award-winning chefs - it was indeed out of this world. Trust me, they exceeded our already high standards for food, which is no easy feat! This also means more time for yoga and thrilling adventures, as someone else takes care of all the cooking.

Your retreat package includes clean accommodations with private bathrooms, AC, fridge, and free Wi-Fi, three vegan meals a day, airport transfers, nightly stargazing, singing birds at your window,
Plus:
Massages, waterfall hikes, kayaking, and paddle boarding trips (you can rent a paddle board and jump into the sea right from our beach) and go on surfing trips. Oh, the surf beach nearby had constant waves while we were there and the local professional surfers agreed, this beach has a constant churning of waves all year round! We sometimes stayed for the entire day to catch the waves. You can also get a boat to one of the point breaks, and we have a local hook-up for you to ensure you catch the best waves of the day!
The town near the retreat center is so vibrant and delightful; it is a place to shop, eat, and relax on the beachfront. You can spend the entire day there, it's such a quaint area. We did that too! We hung out with Mamasita (one of the waitresses) at one of the cafes facing the beach as the tropical clouds rolled in, and we watched it come straight from the sea. It was glorious.
We also suggest to indulge in surf lessons and horseback riding through the jungle and along the beach. And this is just the beginning! Panama offers a plethora of activities, and we're here to make sure you experience them all. Just ask us, and you'll discover the endless possibilities that await you in Panama. :)

We can accommodate payment plans, please message us before booking your stay. In some of the rooms, the beds can be divided into two beds. So, if you are traveling with a friend and need two beds, let us know and we can arrange that for you.
All retreat packages include clean, barefoot luxury, eco accommodations with private bathrooms, AC, fridge, and free Wi-Fi, three meals a day, daily yoga classes with C&T, adventure trip to Coiba Island, Chocolate ceremony and island party, airport transfers to retreat.

All rates are based on double occupancy and are discounted accordingly. if you are traveling alone and need a single room to yourself, please contact us, as the rates change significantly for a single occupant.
