Our yoga therapy studio is a different land from outdoor yoga, hot yoga and goat yoga. Not that those are bad things, they are simply not the yoga we teach here. Our studio is here to help individuals change their lives. How you begin your journey at CPY can make a huge difference in that change becoming a reality for you.
We have over 22 years of experience teaching students yoga therapy meditation—our expertise in yoga is unmatched in the Central Florida area. There is a lot to understand about yoga therapy meditation. To just drop into our classes or dabble with the practice, one never really "gets" what we are doing here.
We want you to get it and to love it. We have inspired more than 75% of the yoga studio owners and teachers locally to love yoga. Our love of yoga spread through Orlando like wild fire.
