Our education in yoga began in the '90s with teachers who very strict about discipline and practice. Being authentic and focused was a constant in our yoga education. This intense training has allowed us to develop the same consistency and application of skill to our classes. Our expertise in the physical body, injuries, illnesses, and mental stress enables us to be excellent teachers for those who need yoga.
We have big hearts and give 1,000 percent to every student we meet. We are both serious and lighthearted, and we won't judge you. We can make that claim and proudly, too, because all of our students who took the time to learn our practice and learn about us will tell you that too.
While our intensity about practice is vigorous, our light hearts balance it. In turn, you have an uplifting experience that gives you the space to learn and shift at your pace. We love teaching groups, and our best selves shine when teaching private lessons.
