AFTERGLOW

Where there was once pain and stress is now space and oxygen.

Breathing. The afterglow of yoga. One wakes from the restful space of the pose Savasana, and the skin has taken on a brighter hue. The eyes have more clarity, and colors seem more intense. There is a shift that occurs inside. Where there was once pain and stress is now space and oxygen. Your muscles feel looser, and the mind relaxed. This afterglow can last for days.

Her passion for art is as strong as our passion is for yoga. It was a perfect collaboration of peace and knowledge of the sea.
