At College Park Yoga, yoga is a restorative practice. Theresa and Calvin have taught thousands of yoga students this breath-by-breath practice that will change your life. We will work with you one-on-one to increase your understanding of postural alignment and deep breathing to help ignite the body's healing response systems. If you have severe physical limitations, or incurred a sports injury, or have issues with certain movements, please contact us for a yoga therapy consultation, so we can get you on the right path for a good yoga practice.
