Invite their bright personalities to your kitchen and learn how to create a healthy dinner for you and your family to enjoy! They have over 300 plant-based recipes to pull from, many of which are in their Cookbook, Burn 33 Days of Raw®.
This is one of the most fun events of CPY! We come to your home and take-over your kitchen for few short hours. In that time you (friends and family are welcome, too) will discover how delicious and easy preparing plan-based food is! It wows everyone, every-time! Learn how to make macadamias and cashews to become the creamiest and most amazing dip you have ever eaten. We will make desserts that melt in your mouth and virgin cocktails that trick you into thinking it's the real deal. Invite us for a party, event, or just learn to cook for yourself! T & C love to teach you how to cook as much as we love to teach you yoga. We bring that same motivation and encouragement we have for you on the mat, into your kitchen - too!

Call: 407-999-7871. Email: use the contact form below. Or, just simply ask us when you are coming to class! Friday, Saturday ,or Sunday anytime after 2pm is usually when these are scheduled. If you want other days and times, let us know. We are flexible.
